Biography
Charles Stonewall is a fine art photographer born and raised in Easton, PA. The primary focus of Stonewall’s photography is to create visual poetry through his images that merge themes of solidarity, affliction, hope, fear, and social justice.
His photographs have been displayed at a variety of venues throughout his career, but the most notable include the Louvre Museum in Paris, Kutztown University, Lafayette College, Muhlenberg College, and the Connexions Art Gallery in Easton, PA.
His work has also been included in publications such as the Theatre Design & Technology Journal, the Black+White Photography magazine, the Kansas City’s Urban Times magazine, and the American Indian College Fund Annual Report.
Stonewall earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute and his Master of Arts from the University of Missouri. He is currently based in Allentown, PA.
